What if goku opened a martial arts school when gohan was born? The idea is that when gohan was born, goku and chi chi had an argument with goku wanting to keep training and chi chi wanting him to find a job, so he decides to do both and open a martial arts school. I think this could lead to some interesting developments. First, goku would likely recruit people lile krillin and tien to help him run the school, meaning they all train together during the timeskip. Gohan would also likely be far more interested in martial arts and fighting as goku making money with it means chi chi won't be so adamant about gohan never fighting ald becoming a scholar. You could also introduce characters like mr satan as a student of the school. And, as a plot twist, one of the students coumd be a spy sent by dr gero. Goku getting a teacher mind so early would also mean that he would teach his techniques to other people, so he could teach the other z fighters kaioken, allowing them to stay more relevant. With martial arts being more prevalent, you could also have fun by making more unique techniques like the 4 arms technique more relevant to the story (double kikoho from tien, very strong combo with ultra instinct allowing goku to keep up with jiren more easily...)

so Yulong now knows his origins and even have his final form, wonder if Goku will get much stronger now that he's gotta a good feel for Yulong's power.

The humans are probably the only ones we can still use Power Levels for so let’s see where Yamcha ranks shall we? Start of Z he’s at 177 PL then he trains for a year intensely and reaches 1480 a 8.36x increase . He dies and trains with King Kai and we can use the filler of him fighting the Ginyu force to put him at about 60,000 PL which is still weaker than Krillins confirmed 75,000 PL post Namek. He then spends 3 years training intensely for the androids so let’s use his 8.36x increase for one year of intense training and multiply that by 3 which is 25.08 but to keep it simple let’s call it a 25x increase in power putting him at 1.5 million PL in the Android saga which makes sense since Android 19 and Dr Gero noted his power was high enough they thought he was Goku initially. Then there’s the 7 year time skip where he’s mostly not training anymore but I’ll be generous and say he still does light training overall and increase his power level to double putting him at 3 million meaning by the time Super happens he’s equal in strength to Goku on Namek before turning SSJ that’s pretty impressive
